Request for Qualifications (RFQ) Fixed Asset Valuation and Physical Inventory

[ARCHIVED]  The Scotts Valley Water District (District) invites consulting firms or individuals to submit qualifications for a project intended to improve District’s fixed asset accounting records and to conduct a physical inventory of its assets. The primary purpose of these services is to create a baseline valuation similar to those used to record capital assets when GASB 34 was first implemented. The fixed asset valuation and the physical inventory information should be GASB compliant and auditable, as they will be used in the District’s year-end close for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2018. The other purpose is to create a list of assets for the District’s insurance program.

Please submit the Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) electronically to, or by mail to 2 Civic Center Dr., Scotts Valley, CA 95066 by 4:00 p.m. on February 16, 2018. A copy of the RFQ documents may be obtained from the District office or here.
