Pay a Bill

Water bills are issued monthly on the second week of each month and are due on the fifth of the following month. There are several ways to pay.

One-Time Payments

Make a one-time payment online or by calling Customer Service at (831) 438-2363 during our regular business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday - Thursday and every other Friday). 24-Hour Bill Pay: (833) 622-2448.

Online Bill Pay

The Online Bill Pay System allows customers to pay bills online anytime and anywhere using Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Customers also can receive a water bill via email, view current and past bills and use a credit card to set up automatic payments. Register an account online.

Note: The AutoPayment platform changed in October 2024 and you may need to re-enroll.

To set up AutoPay, register the account. With AutoPay, customers never have to worry about writing a check, paying for postage or risking costly late fees again. Auto payments are processed between the 5th and 7th of the month after bills are sent, adjusted for weekends and holidays.

Paying By Mail

Please send payment to 2 Civic Center Dr. Scotts Valley, CA 95066.

Walk-in

Payments may also be made at the District office, located at 2 Civic Center Drive during regular business hours. Cash, check, Mastercard or Visa are accepted.

Drop Box

There is a drop box in the parking lot for payments made after hours, on weekends, or on holidays. The box is checked during regular business hours. Please do not leave cash payments in the box.

What to do if Your Bill is Past Due

Customers who need to discuss options to avoid the shut-off of water service for non-payment can call Customer Service at (831) 438-2363.
