The District is pleased to offer the Santa Margarita Community Room (Room) to local community groups for meetings and programs of an informational, educational or civic nature.

Features

• The room has approximately 24 by 48 feet of usable floor space.
• The room is furnished with rolling tables and chairs that can be configured as needed.
• It is equipped with a large screen presentation system and has wireless Internet access.

General Information

• Available free of charge on a first-come, first serve basis Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. when not in use for District activities.
• Can be reserved up to 2 times a month by any one group.
• Meetings must be free and open to the public. It is not intended for commercial use, private parties or celebrations. 
• No admission fees may be charged, collections taken funds solicited, or direct sales made.
