Determine if a Project is Within the District Service Area
If the property is not already served by the District, the owner must request a Will Serve Letter and pay a $125 fee. If the property is already served by the District, a Will Serve Letter is not required.
Upgrades/Changes to Existing Service Connections
Any changes to how water will be used within the property served by the District may require the District to approve plans that comply with the District's Standard Specifications for water services and the Cross Connection & Backflow Prevention Policy.
If there is a plumbing fixture count change, fire service upgrade or change of business type, a Service Application will need to be submitted with a plan review and inspection deposit.
Bulk water permits are issued for the purchase of both potable and recycled water. Recycled bulk water may only be used for construction and irrigation purposes and is available for use outside of District boundaries. Potable water may only be used within the District's service area.
Potable Bulk Water
- Deposit $2,000 for a bulk water meter.
- Deposit is refunded when the meter is returned in good working order and the final balance paid.
- Potable Bulk Water is billed monthly at $2.22 per 100 gallons.
- Potable Bulk Water customers must call in meter read on the 28th day of the month.
Recycled Bulk Water
- Deposit $2,000 for a bulk water meter.
- Deposit is refunded when the meter is returned in good working order and the final balance paid.
- City residents and/or District customers: Recycled Bulk Water is billed at a rate of $1.41 per 100 gallons.
- All other customers: Recycled Bulk Water is billed at a rate of $1.76 per 100 gallons.
- Training required for first-time Recycled Bulk Water users.
