Start Service
Complete the Start Service form below to open a new water service account. A $25 new account fee is applied on the first bill. This fee is waived if the customer enrolls in paperless billing, auto-pay and registers for WaterSmart.
Stop Service
Complete the Stop Service form below to close your existing water service account. A final meter read is taken and the closing bill is sent to the forwarding address provided.
Add Authorized User
Authorized users are people who are trusted by the account holder/responsible party and may access account-specific information such as billing statements and payment information and may make changes to account settings such as automatic payment and notifications.
Update Contact Information
Complete the Update Contact Information to change your billing address, email or phone number.
