The Think Twice Water Use Efficiency Program guides District activities in support of maximizing the efficient use of water.
The 2023 Think Twice Program encourages customers to be efficient with irrigation this summer. Please water outdoors before 10 a.m. or after 5 p.m. to minimize water loss due to evaporation.
